AI Advisory
Hand off the right work. Keep your judgment.
I build working AI tools with executives and founders, on your real work and in your real tools. You decide what AI takes on and what stays yours. One-on-one.
Sound familiar?
You downloaded the tools. The work didn’t go away.
-
You use AI every day, and you’re still scratching the surface.
Quick answers, tidy summaries, a draft here and there. Useful, but nowhere near supporting the work that fills your week.
-
You’re the one who has to figure this out.
Your company makes the tools available. The missing piece is a builder who knows your function, looks at how you work, and builds for it.
-
You’ve sat through the trainings. They weren’t about your work.
Webinars, prompt lists, maybe a course. All of it generic, none of it built on the work you do all day.
-
You’re careful about what you hand over to AI. (Spoiler: you should be.)
Some work shouldn’t go to AI at all. Your instincts tell you that deciding which parts, and how far to let it run, is important to get right.
Most leaders I work with are right here. Sharp, experienced, and further along than they give themselves credit for.
You’re not behind
You’ve been reading about the thing. Let’s build the thing.
Out of the box, AI knows nothing about your work, your standards, or your judgment. General tools do general work, and your time is too precious to babysit and rework generic AI output.
AI gets good when it runs on what you know and your preferences. You can’t download or plug-and-play that, so we build it together, based on your work.
Your work defines the problem. Your judgment decides what to hand to AI and what to keep.
Our time together
Three sessions, built around your week.
AI Advisory is a three-session working series. We take one process you own, decide together which parts AI should carry, and build the tool that carries them, in your AI, on your real work. Sessions run one hour, once a week, and everything lives in your personal client portal, all in one place.
Before session one
A short interview in your portal about how you work, what you care about, and what you want to hand off. Your answers become the foundation we build on. Under an hour, on your schedule.
Session 1
Foundation
You watch your answers become a working setup in your own AI tool. Then we dig into the process you want to change. You leave knowing where AI belongs in it, and where it doesn’t.
Between sessions
You describe your process out loud, and the portal turns it into a map. Then you mark how much you want AI to take on at each step.
Session 2
The build
We build the tool together, on your real work, and it runs in the room before the hour ends. You drive, in your own AI, with me across the table.
Between sessions
You use the tool on live work for a week and keep quick notes on where it felt right and where it didn’t.
Session 3
Calibration and ownership
We adjust what pinched and tighten what worked. Then we put your quarterly check-ins on your calendar, run in your own AI, without me. The system is yours, and so is the judgment that runs it.
When the series ends, the tools are yours, and so is the ability to keep building without me. That’s by design.
Ready when you are.
Is this for you?
Be a builder, drop the FOMO.
You can work somewhere that’s all-in on AI and still be on your own with it. A company doing AI is one thing. AI centered on your work is another.
This is for you if…
- You’re feeling pressure to become “AI-first,” but don’t like the idea of AI being first.
- You run a business or lead a function and need to become more efficient.
- You’d rather build something real and useful than sit through theory.
- You want to become AI-fluent enough to confidently delegate to others.
This isn’t for you if…
- You want to sit back and listen. (There are cohort trainings for that.)
- You want a plug-and-play template. (Those exist, and they sound like everyone else.)
Still not sure if this is for you? That’s what the free intro is for.
Your partner
You bring the expertise. I bring the build.
Think of this partnership like hiring an interior designer. You’d never let one loose on your house without them knowing your goals, your taste, and your guardrails. Think of me the same way.
And like an interior designer, you should like my vibe before you work with me. So here’s a bit about me:
- I was in your shoes. A year ago I was an executive leader having a hard time keeping up with AI.
- I worry too. I built this framework for myself, because I don’t want to outsource my thinking or my judgment to AI.
- I catch on quick. My early career in consulting (Deloitte and Bain) made me good at problem decomposition and process redesign. I don’t claim to be an expert in your business, and it’s probably better that I’m not.
- Nothing is too messy. I’ve spent the last 10+ years building and leading product orgs for multi-stakeholder corporations going through transformations.

FAQs
You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers.
Is there coding involved? Because I don’t code.
No. We build in plain language, in the AI tools you already have. If you can describe how you work, you can build this way.
What kinds of things can we build?
Whatever your week keeps handing you. A few real examples:
- An HR leader handed the repetitive parts of building comp bands to AI.
- A founder who used to lose a weekend to board reports now starts from a draft that builds itself.
- A sales executive built a nurture tool that drafts individualized check-in emails for her clients.
Will the tools sound like me?
Yes, if you want them to. Or you can have them sound like your 8th grade English lit teacher, totally up to you. But we will make sure they work like you. Before our first session you answer a short interview about how you work, what you care about, and how you sound. That becomes the foundation for everything we build, and we sharpen it together as we go.
How is this different from a course or the free tutorials online?
Courses and tutorials teach you about AI, often using generic examples. We build working tools on your work. You walk away with tools you use every week, and the judgment to keep building without me.
I don’t have spare hours for this.
The program is designed around a busy calendar. One hour a week, with most of the building happening during our sessions. The independent work between sessions takes under an hour, and it runs on work you already have to do, so the hours come back quickly.
What do I need before we start?
You need access to an AI tool that can interact with the work you want to build on. ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code are great options. If you only have access to MS Copilot… don’t worry, I got you. If you’re not sure what your company supports, we can sort that out before session one.
Can I bring my team?
This program is one-on-one by design, because everything is built on how you specifically work. But if you’d like me to customize a group session for your team, email me.
What happens when the series ends?
The tools are yours, and so is the setup they run on. In our last session we put quarterly check-ins on your calendar, and they run in your own AI, without me. My hope is that you keep building, and you’re always welcome to call me if you want a partner for another build.
Ready?
Start where you are.
The intro session is free, and there’s no commitment to continue. Come as you are, and we’ll find where AI fits your work, together.
